In continuation of my letter 1:393 of the 11th instant, announcing the shipment of 100 Chinese Labourers for the Alguada Reef Light House, and advising that a Bill of Exchange for the $6,113.1.4d had been drawn on the Government of India in respect of the advance made previous to embarkation, I have now the honour to inform you that a further Bill of Exchange for the Rupees (equivalent to $1997.) at 30 days sight, was yesterday drawn on your Government.
